Policies

Rescheduling Policy
- Reschedule up to 24 hours in advance
- One reschedule per lesson at no charge
- Additional reschedules = session forfeited
- No-shows are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a refund
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable
Refund Policy for Packages
- 1 or fewer sessions used: Full refund available
- 2 sessions completed: 50% of remaining value
- 3+ sessions used: Non-refundable
Package Expiration
- Packages must be used within 3 months of purchase
How to Cancel or Reschedule
